Help....................................10% Auction Guarantee - RRP $1129 – Closing Auction $473.92 – Winner Only Pays 10% RRP $112.90
What is Bid 2 Win?
Bid 2 Win is an auction site that allows you to buy items at a fraction of the regular price. It's simple first you register, you must be 18yrs or older, purchase a bid package and then bid on the item of your choice. The bidder that placed the last bid when the counter at our server reaches 0.00.00 wins. The counter is incremented by a number of seconds each time a bid is placed to allow other bidders to place another bid.
We Guarantee that the winning bidder will only pay a maximum of 10% of Bid 2 Win's listed RRP regardless of what the finishing auction price is not including the cost of their bids i.e. the Winner pays for their bids and then pays no more than 10% of the listed RRP at the checkout and any delivery charges applicable (currently free).
SO HOW DOES YOUR 10% GUARANTEE WORK?
Will bid2win.com.au honour the 10% Guarantee? Yes bid2win.com.au will. If the auction goes over 10% of the listed RRP then bid2win.com.au will discount it back to 10% of the RRP.
If an auction doesn't get to the 10% RRP what happens?
You only pay for the price that it gets to for example a $700 item if the auction was won and the finishing price was $474.92 then bid2win.com.au would discount the price down to $70 to be paid by the winning bidder on completion of the auction, if the finishing price of the auction was $22.78 then only $22.78 would be payable on completion of the auction.
Please note that the amount payable on completion of the auction does not include the cost of the bids used to win the auction, the costs of the bids used are not refundable whether you are the winning bidder or not.
Bid2win.com.au also encourages our winning bidders to supply testimonials.
How do I bid?
First you register then purchase a bid package and click on the Bid Button, the price will increase by 2 cents and the timer will go up between 5 and 30 seconds allowing other bidders the chance to bid.
Don't wait until the last second as the timer will increase between 5 and 30 seconds each time a bid is placed. Don't risk missing out on winning the auction due to a slow PC or Internet Connection.
You may like to use our auto bid system which we have available , the limits on this can be set by yourself . The Auto bid system is located on most auctions and is easily set up.
The auction timing is just like traditional auctions, they will keep going until the bidding stops. If the Bid 2 Win timer reaches zero before anyone else places a bid the last bidder wins the product at the final ticket price or if the price exceeds 10% of Bid 2 Win's listed RRP the final price will be discounted down to 10% of the listed price - we Guarantee it, the cost of the bids used are on top.
NB: the official timer is located on our servers and this is the one which will be used to determine the finishing time of the auction, the one shown on your computer is maintained locally and it is based on information which our server sends to you. There may be at times a slight delay in displaying the latest information this is largely due to your machine receiving the information from our server and this information is not delivered to your machine 'instantaneously therefore only the timer maintained on our servers is taken into account to decide which bids are valid and when the auction ends.
How do I win?
The winner is the last bidder when our server timer reaches zero. You then confirm your delivery address, pick the color if multiple colors are available and pay the price of your last bid or a maximum of 10% of the listed RRP, which ever is the lowest, as well as any delivery costs (currently free) and the product is despatched to you at a significant discount.

How much does it cost for a bid?
Each time you bid it will cost you one bid, whether you are the winning bidder or not, bids are not refundable. The price of the bids start at .70c, the more you buy the cheaper they are going down to 65c and then 60c each. Bids are available in packages only and you will find them under the heading Packages, the price of the packages varies according to the quanitity of bids purchased.
Please note bids purchased under eCheque payments will not be credited to your account until the eCheque payment has been cleared, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Bid2win is not a lottery or any other form of gaming as the outcome of every auction depends on how many bids a bidder is prepared to place, therefore our auctions contain no element of chance or skill. It is possible for a bidder to win any auction provided that the bidder is prepared to place enough bids.
Can I get a refund for the bids?
No bid packages and bids are not refundable. One bid will be deducted from your account for each bid placed, either manually or by using the auto bidder whether you are the winning bidder or not.
What payment modes do you accept?
We offer a secure payment link where you can pay by either debit or credit card currently through Paypal, we may in the future have a secure payment link allowing you to pay directly by your credit card.
Why does the timer increase?
The countdown timer increases between 5 and 30 seconds every time a bid or auto bid is placed this allow bidders, including you, time to react and place another bid. This is like an traditional auction where the auctioneer askes for any more bids, "going once............going twice" before going to "sold" the additional seconds (between 5 and 30) are the "going once.......going twice" part of the auction, if there are no more bids then it goes to "sold". We also need to do this so everybody didn't wait till the very last second to bid as then it would be pure luck which would decide the winner of the auction.
NB: the official timer is located on our servers and this is the one which will be used to determine the finishing time of the auction, the one shown on your computer is maintained locally and it is based on information which our server sends to you. What is the auto bid function?
At times you may need to leave your computer while you are bidding on an item the auto bid function we have allow you to continue to bid, you have the ability to set in a maximum bid and maximum number of bids, as we Guarantee that all of our ending auctions will not exceed 10% of Bid2win's listed RRP you can set the maximum bid amount quite high the one which is very important to you here is the number of bids you would like to place on the auction, please note that the auto bid function is available to all bidders in the auction to use and there is often more than one auto bidder in an auction.
Once you have set your parameters into the auto bid system it will bid once every time another bid is placed until the limits that you have set are reached. This means that if you are not the highest bidder when you set up the auto bid system then you will need to place a bid to activate it, if you are the highest bidder when you set up the auto bid system then it will automatically bid for you when someone else places a bid.
If there are multiple auto bids competing on the same auction they will all bid in turn as soon as a new bid is recorded until there is only one left due to the others reaching the limits that they set into it. This means that if two or more auto bidders have a high limit in bids they can use the bids very quickly and add quite a lot of time to the timer.
