TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES

TO ALL OUR CLIENTS. - OUTAGE 23RD JUNE 2010

We apologise for the technical difficulties we are experiencing on the site, this has been due to our hositing service.

In approximately 3 weeks we anticipate that these will disappear when we switch to our own server - like you we wish it was today or tomorrow as well but unfortunatly it won't be.

Technical difficulties were experienced last night the 23rd of June 2010 from approx 9.08pm West Australian Standard Time and we were off line until approx 10.31pm West Australian Standard Time.

We will be refunding all bids placed on auctions that were still running at this time, we are still compiling the list so please be patient. These will be refunded today. There will be no Winners of these auctions, as per our Terms Section 4 (d) which reads:-



4.(d) While we endeavour to avoid technical and other errors, sometimes errors do occur from time to time which are beyond our control under these circumstances we reserve the right to decline an auction that our system has accepted a bid on, in such circumstances we will refund to you all bids placed in that auction, and any price you have paid to us for the relevant Merchandise, we will also provide you with complimentary bids for the inconvenience, the number of these will vary depending upon the item that was being auctioned when the technical error occurred.



Additional bids will be placed in clients accounts who were bidding on these auctions only. We cannot supply technical difficulty bids to people who were just online or who were not actively bidding in any of these auctions.

Auctions 8606, 8585, 8617, 8616, 8615, 8620, 8624, 8619, 8618, 8621 - Emails are going out to all bidders in these auctions, if you believe that you were in another auction which was affected and not noted here please send an email to admin@bid2win.com.au and we will investigate your claim.

We will update this page with a list of those auctions. We will be printing out the lists of active bidders on these auctions so we can investigate any claims from clients that their bids were not returned or that they were entitled to complimentary bids and didn't receive them.

We would like to thank you all for you patience with our site. We do recognise that there is a problem and have realised this for some time however temporary fixes were not considered when we fix this we wish it to be a permanent fix so we can all breathe easy.
